How long does it take to receive my order from Zenko Health®?

Domestic USA Orders: Zenko Health® aims to deliver your package within 3-5 business days once it has been shipped for domestic USA orders. All orders are typically shipped on the same day.

International Orders: Yes, we ship internationally! We regularly ship to countries outside of the United States, including Canada, Australia, and a select few others. We love our international customers!

Delivery Times:

  • United States: 3-5 business days once shipped.
  • International (e.g., AU, Canada): 7-12 business days once the postal service fully processes the package.

Where do we ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from one of our two U.S. warehouses in Arizona or Ohio, using USPS for secure delivery.

Is there a shipping cost?

We charge a small shipping cost for US customers and a flat rate fee for international customers.

The fee changes slightly based on the country, but it only contributes to what we must pay our shipping company. Shipping internationally can be expensive, and we absorb the extra costs to keep your fees as low as possible.

To help lower the shipping cost burden even further, we recommend choosing one of our BUY 2 GET 1 FREE or BUY 3 GET 3 FREE deals, as the shipping cost doesn’t increase with larger orders.

How do I track my package?

Once you have ordered and your item has been processed and shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information so you can locate your package easily.

How long does it take to ship?

After your order has been confirmed, it will be processed in 1-3 business days. During this time, our staff will hand-pack and ship your order directly to you.

Orders are usually processed and shipped on the same day.

Where is my order?

You should have received a confirmation email and, a few days later, another with tracking information. Within this email, you should have access to tracking information and the location of your package.

Something is missing from the order

While our packers are great at putting your order together, they may rarely leave an item out of your order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at support@zenkohealth.com, and we can sort this out for you.

Something is damaged in my order

Sometimes, packages arrive with damaged contents. This usually happens because the postal system does not handle packages with care. If this happens, please just reach out to us at support@zenkohealth.com, and we can sort this out for you. We will require a photo of the contents for verification purposes.

How do I cancel my order?

If you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order after placing it, we can process a cancellation within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at support@zenkohealth.com. Provided it’s within 1 hour, and the order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel your order and process a refund for you.

Return policy

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will happily replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

We can accept a return if the packaging is unopened and unused, as this ensures that another customer can receive a new item.

We'll gladly refund your money immediately after inspecting the returned goods and seeing that they meet our criteria.
